Note: Changing the Datastore name will not cause any interference on the ESXI.
In the AutoVM panel you should Change all of your datastores name as datastore1, datastore2, datastore3, ... with a LowerCase D.
If you use VMware VCenter, enter the datastore1, datastore2 for the first server and on the second server enter such as datastore3, datastore4.
To rename, right-click on the VMware Vsphere software and select the Rename option.
